Meeting for Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Program

On June 16, 2020, a video conference meeting was chaired by Abdul Habib Zadran, Finance Deputy Minister, to discuss the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Program; representatives of CAREC member countries were present in this meeting.

The parties discussed impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on economy, trade and tourism of Central Asian countries.

The Finance Deputy Minister assured of Afghanistan’s cooperation to strengthen trade with the region and asked all participants to work closely to fight COVID-19.
