The Ministry of Finance(MOF) isintended to award the contract: Grant No.-0423 EU for Transport Network Development Investment Program Tranch-04, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of two (2) Cargo Examination & Inspection Systems (cargo scanners) including specified ancillary plant and equipment and Civil Works, under the contract No, NPA/MoF/99/G-2821/ICB/Rebid with MS/Astrophysics Inc.,locate at ,21481 Ferrero Parkway City of Industry, CA 91789 USA ;in the amount of USD 5,370,530(Five Million Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Five Hundred Thirty) with such value inclusive of (i) 350,000 of provisional sum to carry out associated civil works, and (ii) 570,000 of recommended spare parts, and exclusive of VAT and other taxes, as well as customs duties.
Bidders who appeal reconsideration or have any objection, they can submit their application within 7 days tothe Ministry of Finance(MOF/ACD) from the date of announcement.
This notification does not constitute award of contract. The contract shall not be awarded until the notice provided elapsed and complaints, if any received, is addressed in compliance with appeal and review manual.
