Acting Minister of Finance and Iranian Ambassador to Discuss Boosting Economic Ties
H.E. Dr. Mohammad Humayon Qayoumi, Acting Minister of Finance and Chief Advisor on Infrastructure to H.E. the President, met with Mr. Mohammad Reza Bahrami, Iranian Ambassador to Afghanistan.
In the meeting, the parties discussed forthcoming meeting of joint economic and trade commission between Afghanistan and Iran, effective use of Chahbahar transit route for Afghanistan exports to regional countries and the regional countries to Afghanistan and expansion of customs information exchange.
In addition, both side talked about regional connectivity, status of the border markets and other relevant subjects.
