Afghanistan Government Successfully Met Indicators and Received 200 Million USD in Incentives from the World Bank
The World Bank transferred200 Million USD of the 400 Million USD incentive to the Government of Afghanistan on May 5. The payments is made for the timely implementation of the following indicators:
Kabul Municipality Licensing Buildings Procedure
Publishing public expenditure figures for the last five years

Initiating biometric process for civil servants
And launching electronic tax return program for large taxpayers
During the year, the World Bank will pay the remaining 200 Million USD after the Afghanistan government successfully meets other indicators.
It is worth mentioning that the money will be spent through the national budget, and in accordance with the priorities of the Afghanistan government.
