In Order to Prevent Corruption and Unnecessary Bureaucracy in the Ministry of Finance; the Complaints of the People are Heard Closely
The General Directorate of Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Finance meets directly with the people two days a week (Sundays and Wednesdays) to address problems, hear complaints, suggestions and implement reform programs. It deals with the Problems and challenges of the national traders, the private sector, entrepreneurs and the general public in the light of laws and official authorities and seeks the ways to solve them.
The aim of the program is to address the problems of the general public in the sphere of the Ministry of Finance’s work and to prevent excessive bureaucracy. By adopting this approach, the General Directorate of Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Finance is trying to hear problems, criticisms and effective suggestions in person in cooperation with the Protocol Department and to provide effective services and solutions as well as reduce the gap between government and people.
It is worth mentioning that in order to register and participate in this program; Complainants can come to the Protocol Department of the General Directorate of Chief of Staff one day ahead of schedule and register their complaints and suggestions.
