Period: Procurement-related Complaint challenging the decision to award shall be submitted by midnight, 23, January 2020 (12:00 AM local time). DEADLINE: The Standstill Period is due to end at midnight on 23, January 2020 (12:00 AM local time). The Standstill Period lasts ten (10) Business Days after the date of transmission of this Notification of Intention to Award. The Standstill Period may be extended as stated in Section 4 above. |
