12-Members -Delegation of General Directorate of Treasury Travels to Logar, Paktia Provinces

A technical delegation joint of 12 members from Directorate of Treasury of MoF, led by the Director of AFMIS (Automated Financial Management Information System) Sataruddin Mutasim and the Director of accounting Mohibullah Sahibzada, visited the financial affairs of Mustofiyats of Logar and Paktia provinces in order to evaluate their situation.
The aim of the delegation from this trip was to review and assess the affairs of financial head offices of both mentioned provinces, to train the staff, eliminate unnecessary expenses and bureaucracy, strengthening the coordination between Mustofiyats and the provincial administrations, creating transparency and improvement in governmental bodies, shortening long processes, accurate and timely settlement or clearance of accounts, collecting ideas related to Taalimatnama (descriptive booklet for implementations like procedure) of new cash and gender accounting, and listening and solving the problems of employees and clients.

Additionally, presentations were made by head officers of Mustofiyats related to the current processes of financial affairs of Mustofiyats, which in turn technical colleagues initially found out the problems and shortcomings and then promised to provide solutions.
