The Infrastructure Partnership Technical Board of General Directorate of Public Investment of (MoF) held a meeting to identify the basic and priority projects and to implement them in the year (1402 Hijri).
The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Minister of Finance and the Kafil¬¬ or Deputy Minister of Policy Maulawi Hamdullah Zahid and were participated by the General Director of Public Investment Infrastructure Mohammed Sabir Nisar and representatives of infrastructure ministries and agencies in Khyber Hall.
Maulawi Hamdullah Zahid, in the opening speech of this meeting, said that the reconstruction and implementation of infrastructure projects will significantly affect the economic situation of the people. As these projects are funded by people's taxes, the basic and priority projects should be identified and implemented in full coordination and cooperation, so as to prevent the loss of financial resources.
After that, Muhammad Sabir Nisar and the participants identified the joint projects of the year (1402 Hijri) and understanding the basic projects, the effectiveness of the infrastructure partnership agreement of the Ministries of Public Utilities and Information Technology, the Ministry of Information Technology, the Water Supply Corporation and agreement between Afghanistan Electricity Corporation and Kabul Municipality, the sharing of the provincial projects of the provincial municipalities at the country level, the sharing process of the projects of the year (1402 Hijri), problems and shortcomings of the shared projects were discussed in all.

In the end, it was decided that the administration must prepare the plans for the fiscal year (1402 Hijri) and share them with the Ministry of Finance for the purpose of necessary decisions.
