New General Directors of Ministry of Finance Introduced

According to a Presidential Decree, Mr. KhalilullahSalehzada, and Mr. Sayed Habib Hashimi, have been appointed as General Director of Customs, and General Director of Internal Audit of the Ministry of Finance respectively. Their official introduction took place on February 29th, 2020 at the Ministry of Finance.

Mr. Abdul Habib Zadran, Deputy Minister of Finance and Acting Minister, Mr. EisaQudrat, Deputy Minister of Customs and Revenue, and some other officials of the Ministry attended the event.

The DM of Finance and the DM for Customs congratulated the newly appointed directors and wished them best of luck in their future endeavors.

The newly appointed directors promised to carry out their tasks with full honesty while expressing their gratitude to the Ministry’s leadership for their trust. Further, they asked for full cooperation of colleagueswith them.

It is worth mentioning that, Mr. Mohammad Omar Momand, former Director General of Customs, is appointed as the new Director of Tax Dispute Resolution Board.
