On July 2020, Da Afghanistan BreshnaSherkaboard meeting was chaired by Mr. Mohammad EsmailRahimi, Deputy Minister of Administration at the Ministry of Finance.

The board discussed approvals of May 31st meeting, recruiting a law firm to review the use of 10 years contract for purchasing electricity from Uzbekistan, adjusting Article 12 of procedure to use information and telecommunication technology equipment, setting tariffs to impose fines regarding power outages caused by vehicle collisions with power poles, obtaining fines and profit (تکتانه) in accordance with the established policies and other relevant issues.
