Alhaj Mullah Hedayatullah Badri, Minister of Finance On his final day as finance minister, reactive the Spinzar State-Owned Corporation.
Spinzar Kunduz State-Owned Corporation was founded in 1935 and has undergone several stages. It had been in a horrible dormant state for several decades. However, it resumed its activities and services once the Islamic Emirate regained control as a result of the Minister of Finance's specific attention to state-owned corporations.
The corporation's administrative structure was revised, and machinery installation, assembly, and maintenance were performed in accordance with the facilities available. New machinery for basic production has also been purchased, installed, and assembled. These machines are now employed in fundamental productions (the manufacturing of vegetable oil, Linter, steam system, refinery system, soap-making system, and oil-filling system), which has produced 3000 jobs in this field.
It is important to mention that when Alhaji Mullah Hidayatullah Badri first started working at the Ministry of Finance, he paid special attention to important government profitable or revenue-generating corporations and reactivated many inactive government companies in their best form, which now provide better and more useful services to the people.
