The National Procurement Directorate (NPD) of the General Directorate of Administrative Office on behalf of the Ministry of Finance invites all the bidders who downloaded the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) of Core Banking Software and Database Upgrade, Migration and Implementation of New Kabul Bank with Bidding Ref No: NPD/MOF/NKB/1401/ICB/NCS-030 to find the SBD Amendment1 & Minutes of Pre-bid Meeting of the above project from the (https://aop.gov.af/en/access_to_information/administrative or https://www.dgmarket.com/tenders )  links and join the bidding process in the deadline specified in SBD. Only the contract duration is amended from 6 months to 7 months (5 months for project go-live /up and running of the system in all branches and Head office, and 2 months for post-go-live support covering immediate troubleshooting of the hardware and software-related issues). Other terms and conditions of SBD remain without changes.
