Ariana Afghan Airlines’ Board of Directors Meeting

On June 16, 2020, the Ariana Afghan Airline board of directors meeting was chaired by Mr.  Mohammad EsmailRahimi, Administrative Deputy Minister ofFinance. The Meeting was held at the MoF compound, and all members of the board attended.

In this meeting, activities and accomplishments of the company were discussed; and pervious decisions of the company’s board of directors, salary scales of flight attendants, captain and co- caption   approved in FY-1399 were reviewed. Further, decisions were made about the BDO (independent and professional company) report to make sure of the company’s share provision, creating bank accounts, compensations for the company’s supervisory board and chartering the aircrafts based on the needs and necessary.
