Ministry of Finance and Independent Administrative Reform Commission Discuss Structural Changes of MoF

H.E. Prof. Mohammad HumayonQayoumi, Acting Minister of Finance and Chief Advisor on Infrastructure to H.E. the President, met with Mr. Nader Nadery, Chairman of Independent Administrative Reform & Civil Service Commission on March 19, 2020.

In the meeting where both party’s technical teams were present, the Acting Minister of Finance affirmed that the presidential decree should be implemented as planned, without any delay. He added that the agencies should be regulated to meet the principles of effectiveness, transparency and accountability.

The Acting Minister of Finance stated that the technical teams should assign the works and terms of references (ToRs) in mutual harmony to avoid confusion.

Mr. Nadery stated that the Commission’s technical team will work with the Ministry of Finance on a daily basis to adjust the new structure in accordance with the law.

It is worth mentioning that, the technical teams of Ministry of Finance and the Independent Administrative Reforms and Civil Services Commission began working on the structural changes from today.
