On Oct 20, 2020, the senior officials of CAREC, Asian Development Bank, and CAREC Institute convened an online meeting. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Abdul HabibZadran, Deputy Minister of Finance and Periodic chairman of CAREC Institute program. They discussed on Gender, Tourism, and Health strategies- 2030 of the member countries of this organization.

The Deputy Minister of Finance assured the cooperation of Afghanistan to implement and support the mentioned strategies to connect the region through transport, energy so on. They made a decision; on the 7th of Dec 2020, the meeting will be chaired by the Finance Ministry and wish to finalize their decisions on these strategies.
