This is to notify that, Ministry of Finance (MOF) intends to award the contract for Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of 400 sets of electronic transit cargo tracking devices; Equipping the Central Command & Control Centre; Geo-fencing signal tracking; Supply of vehicles; Training of Customs Officers,  Ref No: NPA/MOF/98/G-4594/ICB-Rebid to the first lowest-responsive bidder M/s B smart System Solution SDN BHD at a total amount of USD 729,638.77 (Seven hundred twenty-nine thousand, six thousand thirty-eight point seventy-seven USD inclusive all taxes and duties)

The ground for protest is open, starting from date of announcement of this intention for award and will close within one calendar week. Protest shall not be accepted beyond the deadline. Protest must be addressed in writing to procurement Directorate of Ministry of Finance (MOF) located at Pashtunistan Watt, Kabul Afghanistan.

This notice doesn’t constitute a contract, until deadline completion stipulated herein and completion of further processes
