Purchase of IT Equipment for PAISA Project

The Ministry of Finance intends to purchase the IT Equipment using the method of request for a quotation according to the terms and conditions stated in the form, please find the RFQ and price table of which is attached to this e-mail. Fill out the form and send it to the following address before the delivery date: Pashtunistan Watt, Ministry of Finance, Admin Building, 2nd floor, Office of Purchasing Members.
1. The tax included price per unit of items, should be entered.
2. A copy of the valid license should be attached to the offer in a sealed envelope.
3. All papers must be stamped and the price table page signed by the supplier.
4. Late offers (after the submission deadline) will not be considered.
5. The request number and purchase title should be written on your sealed offer envelope.
6. Payment will be made within 30 days after the service is provided.
